Draws/Running Order
- Round 1: Your back number is your draw number/running order. We will drag every 5, big drag every 50.
- Round 2: The draw reverses. If you were #1 in Round 1, you will be last in Round 2 (if you were first after the drag in Round 1, you will be last on the drag in Round 2). The drags will be every 5 and the big drags every 50 - in the same place as Round 1.
- Showdown Round: We will drag every 3 and big drag every 30.

- Horse Changes - you must complete horse changes with the contestant office before your horse will be numbered!
- Contestant Information Sheet - for use during your runs and to thank your sponsors!
- W9 Form - (if you haven’t already submitted; must be on file for all contestants and futurity/derby entry owners)
- Birth Certificates (Youth Championship Race contestants, if they haven’t already been submitted).
- Horse Registration Papers (Futurity & Derby entries, if they haven’t already been submitted).
- Entries to incentives/sidepots can be completed at check in (cash or credit card only!).
Reminders
- Don’t forget about our Bottom’s Up payout if you fall into the cracks! You might win a check when you don’t expect it - we want you to be sure and pick it up.
- Also, we DID add an average to each race. Your average will be calculated based on your Showdown Round Qualifying time and your Showdown Round time. Each Average D winner will win a buckle. It doesn’t cost anything extra to be nominated!

- Checks & Awards will be announced when they are ready for pick up!

Stalls
- Assigned upon arrival.
- Dimensions: 10’ X 10’.
- Stall Pads: Available for purchase from Rest Assured Stall Pads.
- Shavings must be purchased on site; no outside shavings allowed.
Hotel Rooms
- Hotel room check in time is 4:00 PM.
- Rooms are assigned upon arrival.
- You must be 21 to check in to your room.
Safety
- Absolutely do NOT tie your horses to any of the panels at the facility. Your horse will be moved if they are tied to any panels.
- Do not unload your horses until you are parked in trailer parking and have checked in with the stall office.
